Description
Room is spacious and decorated with simplicity, furnished with two beds and a large wardrobe. It has air conditioning, fan and natural ventilation and a remarkable view of the neighbourhood. Room 2 is a little smaller than the first room. It is furnished with a bed, a hanger, has air conditioning, natural ventilation, fan and shared access with the other room.Modern house that consists of two levels allowing the luxury of enjoying spectacular views of the city and the nearby sea.
The space for rent is completely independent from the main part of the house where we live. It is accessed by stairs located on one side of the main house. It leads to a balcony that is linked to a spacious terrace furnished for you to enjoy the morning cool. On one side of the terrace there is a sink where you can, if desired, wash a swimsuit or other clothes.
Once you enter the house, you will quickly notice its peculiar distribution as the space is divided into a bedroom, living room, kitchen and a dining room, which is, well-equipped with a dining set for four people, TV, sofa and two armchairs. At the back of the room there’s an impeccable table with a stove and an oven, dishes, pots and refrigerator, all for our guests to use.
In addition to accommodation, we offer services such as welcoming cocktail, private parking included in the rent, tour guide, cocktails, pressurised water, iron, smoking area, telephone, hairdryer and umbrellas. Besides, we also offer airport taxi transfer and taxi service.
The bathroom is followed by the kitchen, which it is very spacious, though shared with other people traveling with you.
Neighbourhood & Nearby attractions
The neighbourhood is typically Cuban, cheerful and calm. Guests can make visits to places such as las Cuevas de Saturno at a distance of 8 km, just 10-15 minutes’ drive, the Las Playas de Coral only 4 blocks away, around 10 min walk. Another attraction is a diving center also located 8 km away from the house.
Coming home & Getting around
You can get to our house using the taxi service, which we offer, or by car, in case you rent one. In the city you can move around by taxi or on foot, depending on the place you want to visit.
